ABOUT US
Founded in 1888 by John Humphreys who started the business located at 123 North Road, Porth as a carpenter, joiner and undertaker. He was one of many undertakers in Porth at that time.
In September
1976, Reginald and Mair Healy, their son Graham and daughter-in-law Janice, bought
the business of J. Humphreys & Sons. After a major refurbishment of the premises
in 1981, a service Chapel was built and dedicated. It was at this time that the
business name was changed to Humphreys Funeral Home.
The business operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year under the personal supervision of Reginald Healy, Mair Healy, Graham Healy, Janice Healy and Neil Batten. All of whom have the experience to help you through this difficult period. Our sympathetic attention and close supervision has gained us a high reputation in Porth and the surrounding area.
The business, through its membership of the National Association of Funeral Directors operates to a code of conduct that ensures the highest standards at all times.
